Get To Know DR. Cassidy Boniface DC

Cassidy Boniface is a Doctor of Chiropractic (D.C) candidate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where she will graduate summer 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) from the University of Waterloo. With a passion for promoting healthy aging, Cassidy has a special interest in helping the aging population maintain mobility, functional independence, and quality of life as they age gracefully.

In addition to her focus on older adults, she is dedicated to serving the general population, drawing from her experiences treating both chronic and acute conditions during her clinical internship. She also brings years of experience working with older adults in a variety of healthcare and community settings.

Cassidy offers a patient-centered approach, utilizing a range of evidence-informed techniques including chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, medical acupuncture, cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue therapy, rehabilitative exercises, and personalized lifestyle and movement education.

She is thrilled to join our multidisciplinary team and is committed to helping the Kitchener-Waterloo Region feel 1% better each day. Her goal is to empower patients to move well, feel strong, and live their fullest, most active lives.

Outside of the clinic, you’ll find her camping, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
